Donation Terms for Manzil Educational Organization
Acceptance of any donation, gift, or grant lies within the discretion of Manzil Educational Organization. We reserve the right to decline any gift that does not align with our mission and goals.
Manzil Educational Organization will not accept any gifts that could potentially jeopardize the donor's financial well-being. While we appreciate all forms of support, it is crucial that gifts are made responsibly.
We strongly recommend that donors consult with their own tax or legal advisors before making a donation. Manzil Educational Organization will accept monetary donations as well as publicly traded securities. In-kind gifts will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Certain other donations, including but not limited to real property, personal items, and non-liquid securities, will undergo a review process before acceptance, due to the potential liabilities and obligations they may pose for Manzil Educational Organization.
Donors will receive acknowledgments for their contributions that meet the tax requirements. However, gifts other than cash and publicly traded securities will not be assigned a monetary value for the purpose of the acknowledgment.
Manzil Educational Organization will honor donors' wishes for gift restrictions and anonymity. If a donor prefers to remain anonymous, this information will be limited to internal staff who require this knowledge.
Manzil Educational Organization does not offer commissions, finders' fees, or any other form of compensation for directing a gift or donor to our organization.
